Sales Tax

Sales tax will only apply to residents of the State of Florida in which we are registered, but not to any other US state or the rest of the world.


How can I pay for my order?

We accept the main credit cards. We also accept checks and money orders. Orders paid by check will usually not be processed until the funds have been verified. If you are sending a check, please send it to the name and address given below.


How much will my shipping charges be?

During the order process, you will be given a list of different shipping methods from which you can pick the one that suits you. The total cost of goods and the cost of shipping as well as sales taxes if applicable are clearly displayed.


What if I need to return my order?

You may return an item in its original condition for a store credit within 15 days of receiving the item if the item is damaged or defective from the manufacturer or by damage in shipping. If you return the item because you just don't like it, or it is not exactly what you expected, then we will charge a 15% restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded for any reason. Please allow 7 to 10 days for the returned item to be processed. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip. We suggest using UPS or insured Parcel Post for your protection.


What if you don't have all of the items in stock?

If an item you ordered is out of stock, it will be back-ordered automatically (domestic orders only). For international orders, we will E-mail you of the missing items to confirm the balance of your order.


What is your policy on Privacy?

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others. We may choose to do so in the future with trustworthy third parties, but you can tell us not to by sending an e-mail message to the address below. Also, we may provide aggregate statistics about our customers, sales, traffic patterns, and related site information to reputable third-party vendors, but these statistics will include no personally identifying information.
